Cocopup suggests using its washing-machine bag to protect accessories; a washing bag is not included. The brand's general accessory guidance also recommends hand washing and never exceeding 30°C. Suitability and safety This is an aesthetic, lightweight lead for smaller breeds and lighter use. It is not a heavy-duty lead and is not intended for large or strong dogs, excessive pulling or extreme wear and tear. Cocopup states that its harnesses, leads and collars have been UK strength tested and certified fit for purpose; this does not override these restrictions or replace regular inspection. Check that the lead and collar or harness attachment are suitable, secure and comfortable for your dog. The owner is responsible for monitoring fit and condition. Inspect regularly and stop using the lead if it shows wear, damage or fraying. Excessive pulling, scratching or biting can damage accessories and reduce their lifespan. Choose according to your dog's size and behaviour, with close supervision and regular checks as your dog grows. Cocopup's general lead FAQ describes its lightweight leads as an option for puppies starting lead walking and relaxed, shorter everyday walks. For London Linen Stripes, follow the smaller-breed and lighter-use limits above and assess your puppy's individual size, behaviour and fit. This is not a universal puppy-safety recommendation. About Cocopup Cocopup was founded by best friends Jess and Charlie during lockdown in 2020, inspired by their Cavachon Ralph and matching walking accessories for dogs and their owners.
