How do I see my points and rewards?
Choose My Rewards from the navigation and sign in with the same email address you use for The Dog Store. Your current balance, tier and available rewards are managed in the Smile Rewards portal.
Do I need a separate rewards account?
No. Use the same email address as your Dog Store account. If you have not shopped with us before, you can create your account from My Rewards.
Can I use an OPW membership discount and a reward together?
OPW member discounts remain separate from Smile Rewards. At checkout, Shopify applies the combination permitted by the active discount and reward rules. Check My Rewards for the current reward terms before checkout.
What happens if I return an item?
Any adjustment to points or rewards after a return is handled by the active rewards programme. The current terms and any changes to your balance are shown in My Rewards.
Reward availability, point values, tiers and any expiry terms are shown in My Rewards. The live programme terms in that portal apply if they differ from any older store information.
